Nortrivah Hill is a candidate for the Dual Master’s Program in Public Health & Health Services Administration at Barry University in Miami, Florida. She gained interest in public health after completing a course in undergrad at Florida State University that covered population disparities.

Her capstone projects included a study on the correlations between mental health and environmental or racial factors, and effective ways to alleviate financial issues in healthcare organizations without sacrificing quality of care.

During her time at Barry, Nortrivah participated in a local healthcare leadership case competition along with a team of her peers where they analyzed operational and financial issues affecting insurance providers and provided their recommendations to healthcare executives.
