SUMMARY:Scholarships: 2019 Dissemination & Implementation Conference\, USA
DESCRIPTION:The organizers of the 2019 12th Annual Conference on the Science of Dissemination and Implementation in Health have announced that several scholarships will be awarded to help cover travel expenses for select presenters from low and middle income countries (LMICs) to attend the conference. \nResidents of a low or middle income country (as identified in the contact information of abstract submissions) who’ve had their abstract accepted (podium or poster)\, are qualified for a scholarship. Winners will be notified in early September (no application process)\, just after abstract notifications are sent out\, and will receive travel reimbursement up to $1\,000 US Dollars as well as a complimentary registration to the conference. \nNote: awards given by NCI must focus on cancer. \nSponsors: AcademyHealth\, the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Center for Global Health\, and Fogarty International Center’s Center for Global Health Studies.
