FHRC will use all generous contributions from to provide online COVID-19 coping tips and resources, connect individuals to counseling services and food distributions, and move successful programming to a virtual format. In order to keep programs running, it will be essential to modify our current offerings to a virtual format as well as train our volunteers and staff on facilitating virtual programs.
Your generosity will help families and people in need of access to critical information and skills and access to mental health services to cope with stress and heal from trauma from COVID-19 as well as implement healthy coping strategies for ongoing struggles.

We are moving our vital spring and summer programming on youth social/emotional skills, and parent/child communication to a virtual format
We’ve linked with partners to offer a network of counselors that offer individual, family, and faith-based counseling virtually.
